Internet browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices are making changes that prevent offers and surveys from being properly tracked. Additionally, browser plug-ins that block pop-ups may be useful, but they also block offers from tracking correctly which leads to non-payment by advertisers.
At the same time, Offerwalls and Survey Routers are becoming stricter in their requirements when submitting help tickets. Reward XP members need to ensure they take steps to setup their mobile devices and browsers correctly so offers are properly tracked and they can receive credit.
