- Complete product offers, download apps, take surveys, take quizzes, and more for reward points.
- If the offer included downloading an app for completion, ensure the app was open at least two minutes.
How to Get Help:

- If an app was downloaded for an offer, a screenshot of the app running on your device may be required.
- If a product or service needed to be purchased, a screenshot or copy of the billing email, invoice, or welcome email may be required.
- If the offer required a phone call, your first and last name, the phone number the call was made from, and the date the call was completed will be required.
- Wait at least 24 hours to request support, since offers can take 24-48 hours to process.
- Click “Reward Status” on the header of the offerwall page.
- Select the offer with which you have an issue (offers can take up to 4 hours to appear in the list). Offers from more than 30 days prior will no longer appear in the list.
- Click “Request Support” - fill in form with e-mail address and requested support - and submit.
- Check the given email address with instructions for submitting proof of completion or issue.
