How To Contact AdGate Media Support
- Go to the AdGate Media offerwall.
- Click on the hamburger menu found at the top-left corner of the screen which will reveal the access to your navigational menu.
- Click the Reward Status tab, it should show your pending and completed offers/surveys, status, XP Earned, and Latest Date.
- Choose the offer name/survey name for which you want to inquire about. (Some offers/surveys might have crediting delays. Please wait for 1 day before contacting.)
- Under the offer name, click on Contact.
- You will be redirected to the support form of that offer. Fill in all relevant information and provide screenshots/attachments as needed.
