Providing timely payments is important to us. Our payment schedule is based the type of reward.
NOTE: This does not apply to members who are redeeming a reward for the first time.
The majority of members receive their reward within 24 hours.
Reasons a payment may take longer:
- Your account has been flagged for fraud or account verification
- Your account has pending chargebacks
- Our vendor accounts are in process of being funded
