We understand how frustrating it can be when an offer doesn’t credit properly. To help resolve this issue, we need to follow a process before escalating it to the offerwall provider.
- Contact the offerwall first. Before reaching out to us, please make sure you've contacted the offerwall's support team directly. They have access to tracking data and can usually resolve missing credits faster. -Why is this important? Offerwalls handle tracking, and most crediting issues are resolved directly through them. If they fail to respond or resolve your issue, we will step in and escalate the case for you.

Provide the following required details. If the offerwall does not respond within a reasonable time, please submit the following details so we can escalate the issue:
a.) Proof that you contacted the offerwall. A high-resolution, uncropped screenshot showing your conversation or ticket submission with the offerwall. This proves that you've tried to resolve the issue through the correct process first.
b.) Proof of offer completion. A high-resolution, uncropped screenshot of the final step of offer completion (e.g., game level reached, subscription confirmation, order receipt). Make sure all important details (time, date, username, and offer requirements) are visible.

To find the IDFA on your iOS device, a third-party tool is required, such as My Device IDFA by AppsFlyer and Adjust Insights by Adjust. These are available on the App Store.
If you are using Android:

How to find GAID on Android:
To find your Google advertising ID (GAID), open the Settings app on your Android device, click on Google, and then select “Ads” under Services. Your GAID will be listed at the bottom of the screen.d.) In-Game ID / Player ID (if applicable) If the offer was for a mobile game, provide your in-game ID or player tag. You can usually find this in the game’s settings or profile section.

Submit your details to us. Once you have collected all the necessary information, please submit it to our support team. We will escalate the issue to the offerwall provider and update you as soon as we receive a response. Note: Offerwall investigations can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the case. Please be patient while we follow up on your request.
