Reward XP processes rewards every 2 hours. Providing timely payments is important to us.

Time Zone: Our processing runs on EST (Eastern Standard Time) / UTC-5. Check current time.
First-Time Redemptions
First-time redemptions must be approved by staff before payment is sent. This is a one-time verification to protect our members.
Note: Reward XP retired our KYC verification system in December 2024. Members are no longer required to complete any identity verification process.

If you haven't received your reward after 72 hours and you've checked your email SPAM folder, please contact us on Discord.
