Does Reward XP Have a Leaderboard?

Short answer: No. We keep high payout rates for all members instead of rewarding only top earners.

Our Philosophy​

It may be controversial, but we don't think leaderboards are good for our members. Leaderboards can contribute to the "rich get richer" phenomenon, which doesn't align with our mission:

  1. Inequality Amplification: When leaderboards reward top performers, they can exacerbate existing inequalities. Those who are already successful maintain or increase their advantages, while others find it challenging to catch up.

  2. Feedback Loop: Leaderboards often demotivate lower-ranked participants while those at the top become more motivated to maintain their position, creating a self-reinforcing cycle.

Our Alternative​

Instead of leaderboards, Reward XP chooses to keep high payout rates for all our members across the globe.
