How To Contact BitLabs Support

If you need assistance with missing credits or survey issues, follow these steps:

1. Visit the BitLabs support portal.
2. Click Submit a request or browse the FAQ for common issues.
3. Fill out the support form with:
   • Your email address
   • A description of your issue
   • The survey you completed and when
   • Any screenshots or proof of completion

Note: Allow up to 48 hours for a response from BitLabs support. If your issue is not resolved, you can contact us on Discord for further assistance.
