Change Your Reward XP Account Email

Email Address Policy

When creating an account on Reward XP, please ensure you use an email address that's owned by you (not a school or business), and that multifactor authentication is enabled.

We cannot change email addresses on Reward XP accounts since they're tied to Google and Facebook identities.

Lost Account Access

If you no longer have access to your account, we can disable it and you may be allowed to create a new one based on the situation. However, no XP will be transferred between accounts.
