Reward XP has an established Privacy Policy, but we understand legal documents can be hard to read. Here's what you need to know in plain language.

Our Privacy Commitments​

1. Minimal Data Collection​

We collect the least amount of information possible to:

  • Enable your account to function
  • Process your rewards and payments
  • Protect the safety and integrity of our platform
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

What we collect:

  • Account info: Email address and login credentials (via Google/Facebook)
  • Activity data: Offers completed, XP earned, redemption history
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser information (for fraud prevention)

What we DON'T collect:

  • Your real name (unless required for specific rewards)
  • Your physical address (unless required for specific rewards)
  • Your phone number (unless you provide it)
  • Financial information beyond what's needed for payouts

2. We Don't Sell Your Data​

We don't, and will never, sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is used only to:

  • Operate your Reward XP account
  • Process your reward redemptions
  • Detect and prevent fraud
  • Improve our platform

3. Third-Party Partner Responsibility​

Important: When you complete offers or surveys, you're interacting directly with our partners and their advertisers.

  • Information you enter on offerwall or survey pages goes to those third parties
  • Each partner has their own privacy policy
  • Reward XP cannot control what data partners collect
  • We are not responsible for information you share directly with partners

Tip: Be cautious about what personal information you share when completing offers. Only provide what's required.

Your Data Rights​

Accessing Your Data​

You can view your account information and activity history directly in your Reward XP dashboard.

Deleting Your Data​

You can delete your account at any time. When your account is deleted:

  • Your personal information is removed from our active systems
  • Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes
  • Transaction records may be kept for accounting requirements

Data Security​

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
  • Secure authentication via Google/Facebook
