Our Commitment

This article reiterates Reward XP's commitment to fraud detection and mitigation and serves as our public statement regarding banned accounts or fraudulent behavior.

Our Policy

Except in limited circumstances, we will not:

  • Publicly discuss why accounts were banned
  • Reinstate accounts after irrefutable proof of fraud

What Gets Accounts Banned

If an account has been banned, we or our partners detected fraudulent or discouraged activity, including but not limited to:

  1. Creating multiple accounts
  2. Connecting from a proxy/VPN
  3. Completing offers and surveys illegitimately
  4. Running scripts, bots, or auto-clickers
  5. Attempting to cheat our system in any manner
  6. Direct reports of fraud or multiple chargebacks from partners
  7. Any action intended to defraud or circumvent controls established by Reward XP or its advertisers
