Chargebacks / Reversals

What is a Chargeback?

A chargeback (or reversal) occurs when an offerwall or survey partner informs Reward XP that a task wasn't completed to their standards and denies payment. The XP is then removed from your account.

Common Causes

  • VPN/proxy usage
  • Inconsistent survey answers
  • Speeding through tasks
  • Multiple accounts
  • Early trial cancellation

Occasional Chargebacks Are Normal

Even legitimate users get occasional chargebacks - it's at the advertiser's discretion. Multiple chargebacks may result in partner blocks or account restrictions.
