Why Haven't I Received My XP?

Check Pending Credit First​

If you completed an offer but haven't received your XP, first check if your XP is in Pending Credit status.

Missing XP Process​

If your XP isn't pending, follow these steps:

  1. Wait at least 1 week. Many offers do not credit instantly.
  2. After 1 week: Contact the specific Offerwall or Survey Router partner directly.
  3. After 2 weeks: If the offerwall support hasn't responded, follow our escalation guidelines and contact us on Discord. We'll escalate it to our account manager for that partner.
